Registration for the RANZCO Congress 2016 

Online registration is now closed for the RANZCO 2016 Congress. If you would like to attend, please complete the registration form below and bring it with you (along with payment) to the Congress. The Registration Desk will be located on the concourse outside the Exhibition Hall of the Melbourne Exhibition Centre and will operate during the times listed below:

Saturday 19 November 2016          1000 – 1930
Sunday 20 November 2016             0700 – 1730
Monday 21 November 2016            0730 – 1830
Tuesday 22 November 2016           0730 – 1730
Wednesday 23 November 2016     0730 – 1530

Registration Entitlements

FULL REGISTRATION

  • Attendance to Congress sessions from Sunday 20 November to Wednesday
    23 November 2016
  • Lunch, morning and afternoon teas on Sunday 20 November to Tuesday 22 November 2016
  • Morning tea and lunch on Wednesday 23 November 2016
  • Congress satchel and delegate materials
  • Graduation Awards’ Ceremony and President’s Reception on Sunday 20 November
  • Attendance at the Sunset Film and Poster viewing session on Monday 21 November

DAY REGISTRATION

  • Attendance to Congress sessions on day of the registration
  • Lunch, morning and afternoon teas on the day of registration (only Morning tea and lunch on Wednesday 23 November 2016)
  • Congress satchel and delegate materials
  • Graduation Awards’ Ceremony and President’s Reception on Sunday 20 November
    (Sunday registrants)
  • Attendance at the Sunset Film and Poster viewing session on Monday 21 November (Monday registrants)

ACCOMPANYING PERSON REGISTRATION

  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea in the exhibition area (no access to Congress Sessions)
  • Congress satchel and delegate materials
  • Graduation Awards’ Ceremony and President’s Reception on Sunday 20 November
  • Attendance at the Sunset Film and Poster viewing session on Monday 21 November

Important Notes:

(1) Orthoptists must register and book accommodation with Orthoptics Australia. Please visit www.orthoptics.org.au for more details.

(2) Early Bird Rate
To qualify for early bird registration, registration fees must be received by the 1 September 2016. Registration fees are based on date of payment receipt, not the date of receipt of registration form.

(3) Late Rate (Fellows)
The late rate will apply to registrations and/or payments received from 6 October 2016 up until the Congress commences. The late rate only applies to Fellows.

(4) Member Rates
To qualify for member rates, you must be a financial member of The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists. Your membership status will be verified upon registration. Please contact RANZCO directly for further details at ranzco@ranzco.edu
If your application for membership is still in process, you don’t have to wait for receipt of confirmation of your membership status in order to register at the member rate for the Congress. We will check your membership status closer to the Congress date, or you can send an email to ranzco@thinkbusinessevents.com.au once your membership is confirmed by the College.
(5) Day Registration Rates
Delegates can only purchase ONE day registration. If more than one day registration is required, then a FULL registration must be purchased.

PAYMENT

Please review the Registration Types and Fees.

All payments must be received prior to the Congress. If payment is not received you will be required to provide your personal credit card details at the Congress to guarantee payment. This card will be debited if alternative payment is not received within 14 days.

All amounts in the registration form are in Australian dollars (AUD$) and inclusive of  (GST) 10%.

Once your registration has been processed receipt of payment will be emailed to you, to the email address you provide as contact in your registration.
