Welcome from the Practice Managers’ Group Chair – Lisa Hartley
It is a great pleasure and honour to extend to you a warm invitation to attend the Practice Managers’ Annual Conference, to be held in the vibrant city of Melbourne from Sunday 20-22 November 2016 at the Melbourne Conference and Exhibition Centre.
We look forward to welcoming Practice Managers and allied professionals from across Australia, New Zealand and beyond. This exciting conference will give you a platform to discover novel opportunities, reacquaint with colleagues, meet new friends and broaden your knowledge.
The conference continues to evolve and improve with input from our attendees, making an already great conference even more spectacular. We thank you for your input in the past and we ask you to continue providing your valuable insights to ensure we develop relevant and thought provoking program.
We are working hard to build an exciting program that will challenge, inspire and invigorate you as you invest time away from the day-to-day challenges of your workplace in your own professional development.
We aim to assemble a mix of speakers who will shed light on innovative research topics and issues that shape our field today, with an emphasis on sharing ideas and experiences that are applicable to Practice Management. We are once again fortunate to have a number of RANZCO Fellows present to us from a doctor’s perspective.
As done in previous years, we hope to have some sponsored networking drinks on Monday evening – we will keep you updated on the plans. We will also be holding another Practice Managers Dinner as this is a great opportunity to really get to know some fellow practice managers and associates. Details can be found below.
On behalf of the organising committee, we hope that you will enjoy the conference and that your interaction here will stimulate a creative exchange of ideas and will be personally rewarding. We also hope and trust that you will enjoy your visit to the very beautiful and exciting city of Melbourne.
