As part of the social program for the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists Annual Congress 2016, a running group will hit the tracks in the City of Melbourne on Monday morning, 21 November. The group will leave bright and early as to not interrupt conference attendance and will cater to all fitness levels with varied courses. This is an opportunity to see beautiful Melbourne, socialise with your peers and get your body moving after days of being sedentary.

As part of the social program for the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists Annual Congress, there will be a social road cycle on Saturday 19th November in the morning. This will be an excellent opportunity to socialise and get some much-needed exercise to counter the numerous sedentary hours spent in a lecture theatre.
